We offer complete support in developing HR capacity and our start-up service is usually an HR Audit to find out whether the client’s company (a) meets all personnel-related regulatory requirements according to the Bulgarian legislation, and whether (b) the people management practices of the client need substantial improvement.
In some cases, the HR audit can be combined with a Health & Safety Audit to ensure that the company abides by the Bulgarian law.
A service which adds a lot of value is developing a competency model which can serve as a basis for a professional appraisal system. If required, we provide assistance in designing and writing more efficient job descriptions and employment policies, or a complete Employee Manual if one is not available in the company.
