CONSULTANCY TO ISO 9001:2008

     We belong to the breed of management consultants who do not consider ISO 9001 to be only a “technical” standard requiring compliance with certain certification criteria. For us, this is a management improvement system that may be designed and developed to meet the needs of each individual company.

     We believe that the true benefits of ISO 9000 come from sustained efforts of both consultants and your staff in developing a custom-tailored flexible management toolkit.

OUR APPROACH

ü We don't offer academic training in quality management: we spend most of our time providing hands-on assistance to our clients.

ü  We don't impose a different management style: we guide you towards meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 by building on your successful experience and suggesting improvements based on best practices.

ü      We try to define reasonable deadlines for the project together with you, but we prefer to work to your best rate and allow time for the quality system to mature.

ü      We offer full support in meeting statutory requirements relevant for your organization (e.g., health & safety and environmental protection legislation) and integrate them into your Quality Management System.

ü      If the customer is looking beyond certification, we offer suggestions for additional management tools which may increase the overall management effectiveness.
